Started the company in 1995 from what was then a one woman business to what it is now, a small to medium business servicing 80 clients. Marina has various certificates obtained in accounting and training in QuickBooks. Always willing to assist the client.
The helping hand and husband of Marina. Taking care of finances, IT and marketing. Having owned his own successful business in the hospitality and services industry, he knows that a business is only successful if the financial side of the business is in order.
With a background in financial accounting, he is the center cog that keeps this business running. Having completed his Tax Technician Certificate for SA, his knowledge of accounting and taxes will assist our clients in their need to become tax compliant while still making money.
A qualified accountant who has interests in taxation and cost & management accounting with many years of experience in International Financial Reporting Standards and preparation of financial statements for small and medium sized enterprises. Studying with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (C.I.M.A. – United Kingdom).
Dilshaad joined the company part-time as of August 2015. Due to training provided by the Morgy's team her bookkeeping skills on Quickbooks improved over a couple of months which has earned her a permanent position with the Morgy's team. She is currently in the process of studying to better herself in the finance field.
Crystal heads the salary and wage department which has grown the last couple of years to a 400 member payroll producing 680 payslips per month. She also takes care of the IRP5 and PAYE reconciliation. Her attention to detail when working with the payroll is an important quality. Crystal is furthering her studies in Human Resources.
The youngest of the team , she started as the Office Administrator and is now assisting the staff in all aspects including Bookkeeping to Trial Balance and Office Support.
