Buisness Develop Manager
Heike joined Morgy’s Office Support in January 2021 as the Business Develop Manager. She is enthusiastic and eager to help our clients. Heike will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on bookkeeping, financials and tax. She will uncomplicate the complicated for our current and future clients and ensure bespoke services are rendered for each client. Background and Experience Prior to being appointed as the Business Develop Manager, Heike lead high performing teams to deliver bespoke financial services to clients in London, America and South Africa in the fund accounting and auditing industries. Heike has lead accounting and auditing teams with expert technical knowledge, humble leadership and a positive outlook. Qualifications and Memberships Bachelors in Business Science in Accounting & Finance Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) Charted Accounted (South Africa) - CA(SA)
With a background in financial accounting, he is the center cog that keeps this business running. Having completed his Tax Technician Certificate for SA, his knowledge of accounting and taxes will assist our clients in their need to become tax compliant while still making money.
Nadia joined the Morgys Team in March 2021. She studied her Professional Certificate in Taxation in 2019 and has worked in Tax and Accounting Practices in Johannesburg for the past five years. Her knowledge from taxations will add value to our current and future tax clients She is very eager to further her studies to improve her knowledge in order to serve our clients to the best of her abilities.
The youngest of the team , she started as the Office Administrator and is now assisting the staff in all aspects including Bookkeeping to Trial Balance and Office Support.
Crystal heads the salary and wage department which has grown the last couple of years to a 400 member payroll producing 680 payslips per month. She also takes care of the IRP5 and PAYE reconciliation. Her attention to detail when working with the payroll is an important quality. Crystal is furthering her studies in Human Resources.
